Polish company, JSC, have produced a 1/400 scale kit of four vessels involved in Operation Dynamo, including HMS Medway Queen. The kits retail at £9 each (for all 4 ships) and are available here and from the MQ Visitor Centre when it is open (Saturdays). No tools or adhesive are included in the kit.
Note that the kits are complex with small parts. Check before buying one as a gift.
