PS Ryde and PS Medway Queen had a number of shared history threads over the years. They were together in the 10th minesweeping flotilla at Dover in the months following Dunkirk and, of course, shared the marina on the Isle of Wight in the 1970s. They were also both present at the 1953 Coronation Review of the Fleet at Spithead.
This comprehensive history of the ship, with a high photographic content, is written by MQPS Trustee, Richard Halton, and published by Mainline and Maritime. Page size is approximately A4, with 80 pages on 130gsm gloss paper in laminated 250gsm card covers. It follows a similar theme to that used in Richard's earlier book, "The Medway Queen",
