Rosamund Walker has sent these details in the hope that it might be of interest to members. It was painted by Martin Jacob Gillard who at that time lived on the Isle of wight and has been on display in the Mall Gallery in London.
The estimate is for £200 to £400 pounds and if it has not been sold before it will be auctioned on the 7th November by Elliott s Auction house, Wimborne, Dorset. Rosamund tells us that a catalogue will be on line a week or so before that date.
The commemorative book "HMS Medway Queen Memories of Dunkirk" has also been added to the online shop and is available with our other products when you get round to your Christmas shopping.
The railway wagons are also available to personal customers at Gillingham Pier but mail order of those is still handled by Medway Queen - West.
